I am very honored to be given the privilege to host the 3rd world congress of noninvasive skin imaging in Seoul, Korea and we are delighted to be able to welcome you all to our wonderful city

Having the congress in Seoul gives delegates the opportunity to experience the warm hospitality of the korean people and to explore the history and natural beauty of the surrounding area.

Everyone know that the new era is dawning an era of breath taking noninvasive bioscience base on measurement and visualization of skin function, structure and physiology. This third world congress at Seoul will truly be very stimulated and increased attention to fancinating and rapid developing field at skin bioengineering and imaging.
