The Secretariat has selected hotels in different categories for the conference participants.
Special conference rates have been secured and can be obtained only until April 10, 2008. In order to secure hotel accommodations, participants should send the reservation form and deposit (by credit card)
to the Travel Agency (Plaza 21 Travel Service INC.) by e-mail or fax. Any booking request received after
April 10, 2008 cannot be guaranteed and rates may be higher than those quoted. |

 Booking & Payment Conditions |
1. The above rates are per room per night and do not include breakfast.
2. The room rates are fixed in Korean Won, and the rates in US$ are subject to change according to
foreign exchange rates. (US$1 = KRW 900 as of August 2007)
3. Room tax & service charge :
- Holiday Inn Seongbuk : 11% tax & service charge will be added to the above rate.
- BW Vision / Uljiro Co'op : All tax & service charge are included to the above rates.
4. As rooms will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, early reservation is recommend.
After April 4, 2008, room availability and rates may not be guaranteed.
5. The reservation form must be accompanied by one night deposit with credit card or bank transfer by
April 4, 2008 to guarantee your booking, and the remaining balance of room-only payment shall be
charged automatically by Plaza 21 Travel Service after check-out.
6. Hotel room-only payment receipt will be issued under the name of Plaza 21 Travel Service Inc. by e-m ail
or fax upon participants' request after the conference. Please contact Plaza 21 Travel Service Inc.
directly if you require a receipt.

| Cancellation & Refund Policy |
1. Any change or cancellation should be informed by e-mail or fax to Plaza 21 Travel Service Inc. directly.
2. Cancellation received till April 22, 2008 : 100% refund.
3. Cancellation received on or till April 29, 2008 : 50% of one-night deposit will be charged.
4. Cancellation received after April 29, 2008 or no-show : One-night deposit will be charged.
5. Bank and service charge will be deducted from the refunded amount.
6. Please note that refunds will be made after the conference for administrative reasons.
