Transportation

The Conference does not provide any transportation from the airport to the conference hotels. All delegates must make their own transportation arrangements from the airport to the hotels and from the hotels to the venue

1. From Incheon International Airport to the venue (Korea Univ.)

Limousine Bus(Deluxe)

You can get information on Limousine buses and regular buses, and also purchase the bus tickets, at the Transportation Information Counter (near exit No. 2, 4, 9, 13) on the arrival floor (1st floor) of passenger terminal.

- Directions: Jeongneung / Seongbuk	- Stop No.: 3B, 10A
- Travelling Time: 90~100 min.	- Running Hours: 06:00 ~ 22:00
- Interval: 20~30 min.	- Fees: KRW 13,000

Deluxe Limousine Bus Route

Gimpo Int'l Airport, Eungbong Samgeori, Muhak Girl's High School, Seongdong-gu Office (Best Western Hotel Vision), Dongdaemun-gu Office, Gyeongdong Market, Korea Univ. Station, Mia Sageori Station, Holiday In Seongbuk, Mia station, Suyu Station, Ssangmun Station, Dobong Community Health Center, Dobong Fire Station, Dobong Station

Taxi

	Alternatively, participants can take a regular taxi or a deluxe taxi(black car with yellow taxi light) to the venue. It will take 80 minutes from Incheon International Airport (IIA) to the venue. A regular taxi costs roughly KRW 80,000 (approx 85USD) depending on traffic conditions in Seoul. The deluxe taxi fare from IIA to the conference venue is around KRW 100,000 (approx 107USD) depending on the local traffic conditions. Toll of KRW 6,400 should be paid by patrons at the toll bridge. Car phone is available, and a receipt will be issued.
	- You may get on a taxi near Bus Stop No. 4D ~ 8C.
	- Taxis are continuously available

2. From Incheon International Airport to the conference hotels

Holiday Inn Seongbuk & Best Western Hotel Vision

	Transportation procedures are the same as going to the venue.However, to get to the Best Western Hotel Vision, you need to get off the bus at Seongdong-gu Office bus stop, and the hotel will be across the street.

Uljiro CO-OP Residence

[Limousine Bus (Standard)] - Cheong-ryang-ni [Bus No. 602]

	- Stop No.: 5B, 12A	- Traveling Time: 75~80 min.
	- Running Hours: 05:30 ~ 23:30	- Interval: 15 min.
	- Fees: KRW 9,000
	Get off at the Dong-dae-mun Station bus stop and take a taxi to the Uljiro CO-OP Residence.

The taxi fare and traveling time will be similar to going to the venue (Korea Univ.).

The Shilla Seoul

[KAL Limousine Bus]

	- Stop No.: 4B, 11A	- Traveling Time: 90 min.
	- Running Hours: 04:45 ~ 22:27	- Interval: 20~25 min.
	- Fees: KRW 14,000

[Taxi]

It will take approximately 60 minutes from Incheon International Airport (IIA) to the Shilla Seoul. A regular taxi costs roughly KRW 75,000 (approx 80 USD) and a deluxe taxi costs around KRW 95,000 (approx 102 USD) depending on the local traffic conditions. A highway toll of KRW 6,400 must be paid by the patron at the toll bridge

	- A Pick-up Service from Incheon International Airport to the Hotel is available for KRW 130,000.
	- A Sending Service from the Hotel to Incheon International Airport is available for KRW 120,000.

Sofitel Ambassador Seoul

It will take approximately 60 minutes from Incheon International Airport (IIA) to the Sofitel Ambassador Seoul. A regular taxi costs roughly KRW 70,000 (approx. 74 USD) and a deluxe taxi costs around KRW 95,000 (approx. 102 USD) depending on the local traffic conditions. A highway toll of KRW 6,400 must be paid by the patron at the toll bridge.

3. From the conference hotels to the venue (Korea Univ.)

Holiday Inn Seongbuk

[Shuttle Bus]

	There will be no charge for using the shuttle buses.
	- Route: (Morning) Holiday Inn Seongbuk -> Korea Univ.
	(Afternoon) Korea Univ. -> Holiday Inn Seongbuk
	- There will be 1 bus in the morning, and 1 bus in the afternoon (detailed times will be announced later on).

It will take about 7~10 minutes from the Holiday Inn Seongbuk to Korea Univ. A regular taxi costs roughly KRW 1,900 (approx. 2 USD) depending on the local traffic conditions.

It will take about 10~15 minutes from the Best Western Hotel Vision to Korea Univ. A regular taxi costs oughly KRW 5,000 (approx. 5 USD) depending on the local traffic conditions.

It will take about 15~20 minutes from the Uljiro CO-OP Residence to Korea Univ. A regular taxi costs roughly KRW 7000 (approx. 7 USD) depending on the local traffic conditions.

The Shilla Seoul

It will take about 25~30 minutes from The Shilla Seoul to Korea Univ. A regular taxi costs roughly KRW 8,500 (approx. 9 USD) depending on the local traffic conditions.

Sofitel Ambassador Seoul

It will take about 20~25 minutes from the Sofitel Ambassador Seoul to Korea Univ. A regular taxi costs roughly KRW 8,000 (approx. 8 USD) depending on the local traffic conditions.
